What is Hyperautomation with Low-Code

Is automation the answer to IT’s question on improving service levels and reducing costs?

In a recent post, I agree why should you avoid calling it automation. If you promise automation, then you’re setting a high bar on expected results, and it becomes an easy target for employees fearful of losing their jobs.

But what about hyperautomation?

Hyperautomation has several implications:

• It must be tied to business-impacting KPIs

• There’s no promise of full automation

• Machine learning is used to help people to make smarter, faster decisions

• Low-code tools help define the hyperautomation and connect to workflows

• Agile processes help teams plan, deliver, and improve hyperautomation

Low-code is central to hyperautomation:
